We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags / certificates intact.
- Defective, damaged in transit, or wrong items shipped — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos.
- Energized / blessed items, and items marked “final sale”, are non-returnable for hygiene and energetic reasons unless damaged.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and a short reason.
- Pack the item with the original invoice and packaging.
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable. Otherwise we’ll share a return address.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 1–2 days), we approve the refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they’re shipped. Once a tracking link goes out, please use the return process above.
